1. Weekly Subscription Plans
Free Tradie Websites provides website design, hosting, security and support under a weekly subscription model. Plans start from $19/week. The weekly fee is billed in advance and covers all services outlined in your selected plan.
2. No Setup Fee
We do not charge an upfront setup fee for the design and build of your website under a weekly plan. This offer applies only to active subscribers maintaining their weekly payments.
3. No Lock-In Contracts
There are no lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your website may be paused or taken offline.
4. Ownership & Buyout
While subscribed, your website is hosted and maintained by Free Tradie Websites. You own your business content (text, images, logo). If you wish to move your website elsewhere, a buyout fee may apply, or you may take your content with you.
5. Hosting, Security & Maintenance
Your weekly fee includes Australian-based hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, malware scanning, and ongoing maintenance. We reserve the right to perform updates and maintenance that may cause brief, scheduled downtime.
6. Revisions & Updates
Small content updates and tweaks are included with your weekly plan. Larger redesigns, new pages, or significant feature additions may be quoted separately.
7. Payments
Payments are processed weekly via direct debit or credit card. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Continued non-payment may result in your website being paused until payment is restored.
8. Tax Deductibility
Website costs are typically a deductible business expense for Australian sole traders and companies. We recommend confirming with your accountant, as we do not provide tax advice.
9. Email Hosting
Professional email accounts using your domain can be set up through a provider of your choice. Email hosting is billed separately at cost and is not marked up by Free Tradie Websites.
10. Limitation of Liability
Free Tradie Websites is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
